Meet our Coaches

Noah Providence, Owner, Coach

Noah has more than 20 years experience in health and fitness education. He holds Certifications in personal training from CrossFit, the American Council on Exercise, the Providence Institute and an A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy. He brings his deep knowledge of anatomy, human kinetics and biomechanics to a coaching approach that is welcoming, supportive and fun.

Jenny Providence, Owner, Coach

Jenny grew up in farm country in Wisconsin. She came to CrossFit in 2007 from a fitness background in running and yoga. She taught anatomy and physiology for many years and now owns and runs Flow where she works as an acupuncturist. She is a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine and level 1 CrossFit coach.

“It was exciting for me when I was new to CrossFit in my 30’s to gain strength and do things I couldn’t do in my 20’s. Now, in my 50’s I continue to gain new skills and deepen my abilities. As a coach I love to see people gain confidence, strength, skills and overall health. These are things that transfer directly and meaningfully into daily life.”

Donovan Hale, Head Coach

Whitney Siudzinski, Coach

Whitney is from a small town in Southern Utah. Fitness has been a lifelong habit for her from dancing on drill team in high school to lifting weights with Dad in the garage. She was introduced to Crossfit in 2011 and never looked back. In 2022 she found her passion with Olympic Weight lifting. Her Olympic lifting coaching brings more technical precision to our crossfit athletes.

“When I coach, I like to focus on technique and form with the bar, helping members feel confident in the movements. I enjoy working with athletes and building them to that feeling when they've landed their first real snatch with precision. It’s exhilarating to be a part of."

Taylor Majkowicz, Coach

Taylor is from New Jersey. She started CrossFit three years ago looking to find a community of people who shared her love for working out.

“I’ve always played team sports growing up, all the way through college. I loved being able to look around on the field or pitch, and see my teammates hustling beside me. Knowing that we were giving it our all and struggling together. That’s what I love about CrossFit. Being able to look at workout, see that it’s going to absolutely crush me, but know that I’ve got some awesome people by my side to attack it with me.”

Jaylee Wise, Coach

Jaylee is from Nogales, Arizona. She started CrossFit as a teenager with little to no experience in fitness.

“Over the past few years, CrossFit has completely changed how I see my strength and what I’m capable of. I love coaching because I get to help other people build that same confidence and see themselves accomplish things they never thought they could.”
